Bellwether Purchasing Software: Purchasing & Material Management Software Training
Training is vital to getting the most out of your new Bellwether Purchasing Software: system. Depending on which modules you select, we have various recommendations for training. Overall, the best process is to utilize web training and break it into several sessions that run from one to three hours in length across several days. We’ll assign ‘homework’ at the end of each session to help you use what you’ve learned. Delivery Methods available are: Internet, Local in Louisville and Onsite at the customer location(s).
A. Web Training:
Our fee for Web conference Training is based on a per module basis. Some modules require more training time that others. Price per hour for Web Conference Training: $150/hour plus $50 per additional device attached during training. *One-hour minimum per session.
Web training is conducted from our Louisville headquarters. We’ll load your data and show you how to use even the most detailed functionality of the system right from the comfort of your desk! You can group people in large offices of conference rooms or have them each connect from their own office.
NOTE: For Internet training, we will need to receive a backup of your database at least 5 business days prior to the first training session so that we can load your data. If you do not have your database populated yet, there is no significant value to web training.
B. On-site Training:
On-site Training is delivered at a cost of $1,260.00 per day plus reasonable travel expenses (Paid for at time of training). This training is offered for those companies with lots of employees to train or users who simply aren’t comfortable with teleconferencing. However, we recommend the spread-out approach we employ in our web training – keeps burnout to a minimum & actually results in better knowledge retention!
C. Corporate Headquarters Training:
Corporate Headquarters (Louisville, KY) Location Training is delivered at a cost of $990.00 with the clients bringing their own laptop computers (Paid for at time of training). This training is offered for users who simply aren’t comfortable with teleconferencing and need to get out of their work office environment. However, again, we recommend the spread-out approach we employ in our web training – keeps burnout to a minimum & actually results in better knowledge retention!
Special report usage and analysis training encompass familiarizing the user with the types of information gathered by the system, system functionality and interaction as it relates to your company’s business workflow processes. This service will also introduce the user to the standard system reports and help identify which standard system reports best fit the department’s specific needs. The user will also be trained in the use of the report creation process.
