So not only does the system help your process become more efficient, the reporting helps you save money by giving you the information you need to negotiate better vendor contracts, analyze historical job costs and even enforce departmental budgets. Purchasing Management eXtra maintains a detailed history of all receipt information entered into the system and can produce reports to help select, organize, and analyze receiving data. User-defined report sequences, totals, and selection criteria allow each report to be customized.
