Maintenance
Continue to protect your investment by selecting Bellwether’s extended Maintenance Program. It is an excellent, low-cost purchase that provides customers with unlimited telephone support, the correction of any software error conditions and periodic new software releases.
Software is a dynamic product that periodically changes to meet the needs of customers. New releases of Purchasing Management eXtra are always forthcoming to ensure customers are receiving new and improved technology.

Training
Training is mandatory for all new PMX users.
Live Training
Our fee for on-site training is $1,350 per day, plus travel-related expenses. Training is also available at our Louisville office for $900 per day, per person.
Webconference Training
Our fee for Webconference Training is based on a per module basis. Some modules require more training time than others.
Price per hour for Webconference Training: $125 per hour
*One hour minimum per session.
Webconference per hour cost per connection/line: $50 per hour

Professional Services
Professional services, such as customization of software, are charged at the rate of $160 per hour.
