September 13, 2010 - (Louisville, KY) - Bellwether is happy to announce the late-stage development of the Expense Manager application for its ePMX suite of products. The travel and expense application will be the 2nd new module addition to the ePMX suite following the new Asset Manager being released 3rd quarter of this year.
Following are some of the key features you can expect from the expense management application:
- Expense Manager’s simple, intuitive design will guide employees through the expense report process
- Various approval routing options based on company-defined rules.
- Intuitive Corporate policy design to enforce various entertainment, travel and procedural policies.
- Business rules alert users when receipts or additional information are required.
- Various alert options allow for hard stops, additional support requirements, or other rules set up by the employer.
- Users can email receipts into the system (from any capable device), and then attach them into the appropriate expense report, pre-filling description and amount fields automatically*
- Automated approval processes ensure that all expenses receive the proper managerial review before they are reimbursed.
- Manager receives a notification that he or she has an expense report to review, and when clicking through to the report, a detailed view opens.
- An automated audit score provides a quick visual indicator of any potential “red flags” in the expense report.
