PMX includes e-Procurement Software and Material Management Software components for invoice management, procurement, inventory and material management and vender performance optimization.

Bellwether has its Corporate Headquarters located in Louisville, KY, with the Sales and Marketing office in Charlotte, NC and a Regional Office in Chicago, IL.

History

Bellwether Software, LLC' was founded in 1985 as a consultancy, helping purchasing professionals and their organizations streamline their procurement processes. Currently celebrating its 20th year in business, Bellwether is still focused strictly on working with Procurement Management Software and Material Management Software solutions for business professionals, focusing on streamlining and creating greater efficiencies of operation. Bellwether was founded on the following principle: Bellwether constantly strives to exceed its clients’ expectations and does so as a “Best of Breed Partner” - not as a vendor.

Executives

Bill Arnold, Senior Executive Vice President, directs technology innovation. Bill is the founder of Bellwether and has been carrying the guiding torch for the past twenty years of its success. His mission for this period of time has been to ensure Bellwether’s solutions provide our customers with a distinct competitive advantage. Bill has been an active leader in industry-wide technology initiatives and is commonly regarded as a purchasing solutions industry leader.

Carol Smith, Director of Marketing, has been with Bellwether Software for eight years. During her tenure, she has created all marketing materials for the company and has supervised direct mail and other advertising mediums. She supervises both print and on-line advertising. Carol holds a Bachelors Degree from Louisiana State University and a Masters Degree from Webster University. While Carol has spent her career in marketing, she also teaches undergraduate and graduate classes in business, marketing and business writing. "
