Sundeep (Sunny) Dronawat, President and General Manager. Sunny brings over 15 years of experience in Marketing, IT and Entrepreneurship. He has worked on developing ePMX, Bellwether's E-procurement software that is web-based throughout the series and is "Best of Breed." He also helps drive the company's ongoing vision and is responsible for revenue growth and profitability of the company.

Sunny has had a diverse career characterized by involvement in Online Web 2.0 Communities, Marketing, Research and Development and IT. His background includes education and practice in market research, financial services, IT, and engineering. He has been a CTO at a Fortune 500 company and CIO at a publicly traded company. He builds upon his real world experience as an Adjunct Professor at University of Louisville. He is advisor for BPOsutra.com, Alta Financial Technologies and Rural America IT.

Sunny is certified in Six Sigma, and he is a Fellow of Financial Services Institute (FFSI) and Life Office Management Institute.

Bill Arnold, Senior Executive Vice President, directs technology innovation. Bill is the founder of Bellwether and has been carrying the guiding torch for the past twenty-three years of its success. His mission for this period of time has been to ensure Bellwether's solutions provide our customers with a distinct competitive advantage. Bill has been an active leader in industry-wide technology initiatives and is commonly regarded as a purchasing solutions industry leader.

Wade Davis, M.B.A. Vice President, Business Development. Wade is responsible for the overall management of the Company's business development programs. He spearheads business development initiatives including strategic partnership expansion and management. Wade is a graduate of Columbia University, and while in New York City he began his career in the private client division for Merrill Lynch. He later led the sales and marketing efforts for a healthcare-focused software company before owning and operating a restaurant franchise in the Greater Cincinnati market. Most recently, Wade held multiple roles in sales and sales training for Johnson & Johnson's pharmaceutical group; while in those roles, he also instructed various business courses at Beckfield College in the areas of entrepreneurship, marketing, and business management.  

Pamela Ivers, Director of Sales, is responsible for overseeing the Bellwether sales team to continuously improve overall sales processes, increase new product sales, and develop the company's Partner Referral Program.

Pam brings a diverse background to her role at Bellwether. She started her career as a major accounts sales manager for new business revenue generation at TrueAdvantage, a web-based sales and business intelligence information esource. Most recently, Pam served as a Regional Sales Manager for Autotask, a provider of web-based IT services management software. In all her positions Pam quickly becomes an integral part of the sales team exceeding sales and profit goals, repeatedly leading in sales and revenue generation.

Pam holds a Bachelor's Degree from Western New England College in Springfield, MA.

Alfred R. Novas is Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Interactyx Limited, a leading global e-learning company providing engaging, interactive learning experiences to students and organizations whenever and wherever they want it. Mr. Novas was appointed to his position at Interactyx in April 2008. He previously held the positions of Co-President and Chief Financial Officer of Whitney Information Network, Inc., and President and Chief Executive Officer of Childtime Learning Centers, Inc., both publicly traded education companies.

Prior to this, Mr. Novas held senior financial and executive positions with Burger King Corporation, The Pillsbury Company and Pizza Hut, Inc., a former division of PepsiCo, Inc. Mr. Novas started his career with Touche Ross & Co. (Now Deloitte & Touche LLP), has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Accounting from St. Thomas University. Mr. Novas is also on the Board of Directors of Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery and Grill.

Susan Pascal Tatum is co-Founder, President and CMO of Tatum Marketing Inc, a B2B high tech marketing firm specializing in lead and traffic generation, prospect conversion and customer retention. With over 25 years of experience in working with business software companies and their clients, Susan provides Bellwether a tremendous strategic advantage as well as tactical direction on online, offline and integrated marketing and sales programs.

Susan has developed and run successful marketing campaigns for companies from small startups to giants such as Microsoft, Oracle and Cisco. In addition to founding three successful marketing firms, including Tatum Marketing, and occupying management positions at leading technology firms such as Lucent Technologies and Agere Systems, Susan is also an accomplished author and speaker. She writes frequently on the subject of internet marketing for technology firms.
